Vankor India Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore under the Companies Act on and from 20 May 2016 as a private company limited by shares.
PRINCIPLE BUSINESS ACTIVITY
Vankor India acquired 23.9% interest in the Joint Stock Company Vankorneft (a company incorporated under the laws of Russian Federation). The acquisition was effective from 5 October 2016. The principal activity of this associate company is Oil production and exploration.
The company also aspires for venturing into production and marketing of crude oil, petroleum and natural gas and any other business as may be decided by its Board.
WHO ARE WE?
Vankor India is owned by three Singapore Registered Companies namely Oil India International Pte. Ltd.(33.5%), IOCL Singapore Pte. Ltd.(33.5%) and BPRL International Singapore Pte. Ltd.(33%). The three Shareholder Companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of three National Oil Companies of India.
